Originally from Birmingham but now happily settled in Lancashire, Jayne has teamed up with her Quality Management business associate Craig to provide complimentary services.  Jayne is someone you can totally rely on to understand your people issues and to work with you to identify an effective solution.

Jayne firmly believes that “prevention is better than cure” with people management.  Her calm and discreet demeanour make her very easy to relate to but she is tenacious about resolving matters for her clients.

30 years working in the public and private sector, together with plenty of experience as a management trainer, means that it is more than likely that Jayne has the knowledge, skill and experience to deal with your issue swiftly and smoothly before it becomes a time consuming and expensive matter.

Jayne is professionally qualified and registered with the C.I.P.D. She also holds BA Honours and Masters Degrees in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management.
